Making money by renting baby clothes

Newborns grow grow fast, so fast in fact that parents often find themselves buying clothes that the baby can only wear a few times, if ever.  In other words, a lot of money can be wasted on great clothes that the baby will not be able to wear.

In response to this issue, the German company Lütte-Leihen (www.luette-leihen.de)has came up with a rental system that allows parents to choose from different sets of onesies, pajamas and outerwear for their babys.  The clothes are rented for a fixed monthly fee, and once the child grows out of a size, the set can be exchanged for the next size up at no extra cost.

The service, which costs EUR 17 – 26 per month, includes pajamas, bodysuits, hats, and socks.  Most of the clothing provided by Lütte-Leihen is made from 100% organic cotton, and as would be expected, is in great condition.
