The idea of selling letters from Santa was spawned from Reese’s childhood.

As a child,  his parents would give him letters from Santa Claus. The company uses outside vendors to help out with the order volume and has a stringent quality control program that involves multiple people checking each and every letter.  

Accuracy is a great focus for the organization. The company has expanded its product offer to include birthday cards and even a post-season greeting card from a tanned Santa vacationing in Hawaii.  The idea of increasing sales by expanding into the birthday card arena proved to be a positive move for the organization.

Now, with more than $1 million in annual sales, Reese is still looking for new ways to further enhance his offering.
