The exercises call for basic body movements and require no equipment or machines of any sort. Each card allows the individual to choose from three fitness levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).  By shuffling the cards, people can create new and encompassing work out routines that don’t get stale. 

The offer includes an instructional DVD that teaches you each of the exercises and stretches.  The website also offers FitDeck Jr., which is a 50-card exercise game for kids.  The exercises call for basic body movements and require no equipment.

With around $5 in annual sales, the innovative exercising idea certainly has merit. The company has started to branch out into new deck featuring comic book super heroes.
